WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your artwork and confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Change of mind
Original artworks: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in original condition and protective packaging. Prints / made-to-order items: Change-of-mind returns aren’t available, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a few clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll organise a replacement (where possible) or a refund.
Return shipping
Change-of-mind returns: return shipping is at the customer’s cost (tracked/insured recommended).
Damaged/incorrect items: we’ll cover return shipping where required.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we’ve carefully checked it, we’ll email you to confirm the outcome. If there are no problems, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.

Email us art@kerrieludowici.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.
